TCA 7 C-arm X-ray system

C-arm X-ray system TCA 7 — a mobile C-arm from Italian Technix with a flat-panel detector for fluoroscopy during surgeries in traumatology, orthopedics, general and cardiac surgery, and urology. The monoblock is cooled by liquid, allowing the device to withstand long interventions with prolonged exposure. The 25 kW version operates without batteries thanks to the ESU accumulator and plugs into a standard 16 A socket at 115 or 230 V.

• Detector 21 × 21 or 30 × 30 cm on amorphous silicon or using IGZO technology, which provides less noise and residual image and higher frame rates.
• Monoblock 5 or 25 kW.
• Motorized vertical movement of the column; arc movements are marked with colors and graduated scales.
• Dose control: laser centering from the detector and tube side, removable grid (removed for children), motorized pediatric filters, virtual collimator, programs APR, accounting for dosimetric data.
• Trolley with a 15.6-inch touchscreen control monitor and a working monitor from 27 to 43″, divided into current and reference images.
• Wireless pedal with a range of 10 m, up to 15 m in a straight line.
• Image transmission via DICOM 3.0 cable or wirelessly; UPS preserves data in case of power loss.
