Medical Equipment
This section covers the hospital equipment that intensive care units and operating suites run on: ventilators, anesthesia machines, defibrillators, electrosurgery, endoscopy towers, infusion pumps, surgical suction plus patient warming. Dental units and colposcopes for outpatient rooms sit here too. The section is sorted by department, and at the end you will find the order in which a new department is usually equipped.
Which ICU and critical care equipment is in the catalog?
An ICU bed is equipped as a chain: ventilation, infusion, airway suction, warming, oxygen. Each link has its own catalog section.
- Ventilators: ICU and transport models, plus neonatal ones, among them Servo-i®, FALCO 202 EVO, SIARETRON 4000. They serve adult and pediatric intensive care, plus crews moving critically ill patients.
- Defibrillators: Rescue SAM and i-PAD CU-SP1 AEDs for the emergency department, wards or an outpatient clinic. Resuscitation teams get the CU-RS100 defibrillator-monitor and the Lifegain CU-HD1.
- Infusion and syringe pumps: single- and three-channel SINO MDT pumps, the SN-W100 pump station, the SN-600N enteral feeding pump, fluid warmers. The SinoAngio-1200 and SinoMRI contrast injectors for angiography and MRI are listed here as well.
- Surgical suction: electric surgical aspirators from Inspital and Siem Nova. The battery-powered SU60.06 can go in an ambulance or up to another floor.
- Patient warming systems: the CWS 5000 warmer and the H60D/H60S units work with Cocoon blankets cut for different body areas: full-body, upper or lower body, neonatal, with cardiac or abdominal access. Both the ICU and the OR use them to keep patients from getting cold during and after a procedure.
Patient monitors for this chain are in the Diagnostic equipment section.
What surgical equipment does an operating room need?
An OR is built around the table and the surgical light. Then comes the equipment that works during the procedure:
- Anesthesia machines: Caelus anesthesia systems (standard, Eco) and the Caelus Lite, the trolley-mounted Morpheus M (there is an MRI version too), the CWM-302 pediatric system, anesthesia carts. For operating rooms and delivery suites, and for MRI rooms.
- Electrosurgery: ERBE VIO® 3n generators, the VIO® 100 C and VIO® 200 D units, vessel-sealing instruments BiClamp and BiCision. There are also cold coagulators and Colibri suction pumps, plus the Twist and Swing surgical lasers. Used in general and laparoscopic surgery, in gynecology, in phlebology.
- Endoscopic equipment: EndoView 4K and HD cameras, the AQ-100 and AQ-200 FHD endoscopy systems, the Heatflow insufflator, HD laparoscopes, HD hysteroscopes, irrigation pumps, the SafeCut morcellation system, endoscopy monitors. These are the parts of a laparoscopy or hysteroscopy tower.
- Medical instruments: traction sets OM-520, Q3, ATESE TS-I, used for orthopedic surgery on the operating table.
The table itself and the surgical lights are in the neighboring Medical furniture section, along with stretchers.
Which products suit specialist rooms and outpatient care?
Private dental clinics and hospital dental departments will find dental units: Diverso, Diverso Touch, Correcta Plus, the Ortho orthodontic unit and the Epica surgical unit, Moon chairs, Arcadia chairs, FoVac dental suction and the FoVac-06 smart vacuum system. Women's health clinics and gynecology rooms can choose from the colposcopes: the KN-2200BⅠ binocular model and two video colposcopes, KN-2200B and KN-2200I. The Consumables section holds Epicure dressing kits and hu.q dry thermal film for medical printers.
How do you plan equipment for a department?
Start with the equipment list your department's profile requires and with real patient numbers. The list says what you must have. Patient flow tells you how many units and what class. Then an engineer checks the rooms. Ventilators and anesthesia machines need oxygen, some models need medical air as well, and an electrosurgical generator or an endoscopy tower needs its own grounded outlets and space on a pendant or cart.
Next, decide whether to stay with one product line. When the ICU and the OR run the same machines, nurses move between stations more easily, and the circuits, sensors, electrodes, blankets all go on one purchase list. Count the cost over the whole service life, too. The machine price in a quote is only part of the budget; consumables and electrosurgical instruments take a share, scheduled maintenance takes the rest. That is why we price most models for the exact configuration: ventilation modes, sensors, instruments, a cart, a stock of consumables.

FAQ
1. What equipment does an ICU need?
An ICU bed is equipped as a chain: a ventilator plus infusion and syringe pumps, an aspirator for airway suction, a patient warming system and an oxygen supply. A defibrillator and a patient monitor should be close by. Monitors are in the Diagnostic equipment section.
2. What equipment does an operating room need?
The base is the operating table and surgical light from the Medical furniture section. Then come an anesthesia machine and an electrosurgical generator, an endoscopy tower for laparoscopy or hysteroscopy, and patient warming. For orthopedic surgery a traction set is mounted on the table.
3. What VAT rate applies to medical equipment?
In Ukraine, supplies of medical devices are usually taxed at the reduced VAT rate of 7 % under Article 193 of the Tax Code, provided its conditions are met. Finer states the rate for each item in the commercial proposal.
4. Which room requirements apply to an ICU or operating room?
Ventilators and anesthesia machines need an oxygen supply, and some models need medical air too. An electrosurgical generator or an endoscopy tower needs its own grounded outlets and space on a pendant or cart. An engineer checks this before the equipment list is agreed.
5. Which documents are needed to buy equipment through a tender?
The buyer usually asks for specifications that meet the medical and technical requirements, proof of conformity with the technical regulation and instructions in Ukrainian. Finer prepares this package together with the commercial offer for the exact configuration.
