Payment and delivery

We supply equipment to clinics, hospitals, laboratories and doctors across Ukraine. Every order is priced for a specific task, so the price, configuration, lead time and delivery are fixed in the quotation and the invoice.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer to Finer Ukraine LLC's current account against an invoice. We work with healthcare facilities and businesses, and for them that's the usual, transparent route with a full set of documents. We don't take cash, card payments on the website or cash on delivery.

The payment schedule is agreed before the invoice is issued: prepayment or, for projects with installation and commissioning, payment in stages.

With the equipment you receive a delivery note, and an acceptance certificate for any work done. For public and municipal facilities we prepare the documents needed for procurement.

Delivery

We deliver across Ukraine. How depends on the size, weight and whether installation is needed on site.

• Small devices and consumables go by courier service.
• Large equipment travels by freight transport to the facility.
• Collection in Kyiv is possible by prior arrangement with a manager.

The cost and time of delivery are stated in the quotation. If the equipment is in stock, we ship it after payment. If we order it from the manufacturer, the lead time depends on production and logistics, and we tell you in advance.

Receiving the goods

On delivery, check the number of packages, the condition of the packaging and the contents against the delivery note. If something is wrong, record it in the carrier's documents or in an acceptance report on the spot and let us know. It is hard to prove later that damage happened in transit.

Installation, setup and training

Equipment that needs installing is fitted and set up by our engineers. They commission it and train your staff to use it. This work and its cost are agreed separately.

We send the manufacturer's room requirements in advance: power supply and earthing, medical gases, ventilation, door and corridor clearances. Check them before installation day, because that decides whether everything can be done in one visit.
