This page explains what personal data finer.ua collects, why we need it and how you can control it. The data controller is Finer Ukraine LLC (TOV «Finer Ukraina»), 12v Volodymyrska St., Kyiv, 01001, [email protected]. We process data under the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection».
What we receive
You send us data yourself through the forms on the site: your name, email, phone number, the name of your medical facility and the text of your request. If you ask for a callback, we receive your phone number. When we correspond and sign an agreement, we add what the documents need: your position, the facility's details and the delivery address.
When you visit the site, our server and the Cloudflare network automatically log technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the time of the request. We need it to keep the site running and protected from attacks.
Why
- to answer your request and call you back;
- to prepare a quotation and an invoice;
- to sign and perform the agreement, deliver and install equipment and provide warranty service;
- to keep accounting and tax records as the law requires.
We don't send mailings without your consent, and we don't sell data.
Legal grounds
Your consent, which you give by sending a form or a message; signing and performing an agreement; legal obligations; and our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse.
Who has access
Finer Ukraine staff who need the data to handle your request can see it. Our contractors provide the technical side: website hosting, an email service, IP telephony for callbacks, Cloudflare, and a messenger in which website requests reach our team. Each gets only what it needs for its job. We pass data to public authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Requests that didn't lead to a deal are kept for up to three years so we can see the history of our contact. Agreements and accounting documents are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Server logs rotate automatically and are kept for a short time.
Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies: the session, your chosen language and currency, and Cloudflare's security cookies. There are no analytics or advertising cookies at the moment. If that changes, we'll update this page.
Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law «On Personal Data Protection» you can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent and object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days. If you think your rights have been violated, you can complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Only staff who need access to requests have it.
Changes
We publish new versions on this page with their date. A new version applies from the moment it's published.
