3D Load System WR-3D from Angell — an X-ray machine for standing examinations under the weight of the body: 2D radiography, fluoroscopy, and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) in one device. The patient stands on a rotating platform; one rotation provides a 3D dataset of the area. CT and MRI are performed lying down.

• 3D scan of the area in approximately 30 seconds, 360° rotation in 33 seconds.
• 3D field — 350 mm; the entire spine and leg (up to 1450 mm) can be scanned with optional modules.
• 3D measurement of Cobb angle, vertebral rotation, and pelvic parameters.
• 3D scan dose — 10–20 % of spiral CT.
• Detector 43 × 43 cm, 3072 × 3072 pixels, 3.5 line pairs/mm; generator 50 kW, tube Siemens.
• MPR, MIP, volumetric rendering; DICOM 3.0, PACS, import to mediCAD.
• Patient height up to 2200 mm; approximately 2200 × 1700 × 2560 mm, 380 V.
