Surgical laser Twist 10 1940 nm (from the manufacturer — TWIST Diode 1940nm) — a diode laser from the Polish company Metrum Cryoflex for phlebology, primarily for endovenous laser ablation of varicose veins (EVLT). The 1940 nm wavelength, according to the manufacturer, is absorbed by water 290 times more strongly than the 980 nm wavelength, and for vein closure Metrum Cryoflex delivers an average dose of 47 J/cm at a power of 4–6 W.
