Surgical Laser – Swing 15

Surgical Laser Swing 15 — semiconductor diode laser Metrum Cryoflex with a power of 15 W and a wavelength of 1470 nm, the first such laser produced in Poland. The 1470 nm emission is poorly absorbed by hemoglobin and melanin but is well absorbed by water and fat. Intracellular water absorbs it 40 times more effectively than a 980 nm laser and 160 times more than a 1064 nm laser, thus concentrating the effect in the target tissue.

• Phlebology: endovenous removal of incompetent venous trunks (EVLT) with radial fibers.
• Proctology: ablation of hemorrhoidal nodes, pilonidal cysts, fistulas; sagittal fiber is used for hemorrhoids.
• Orthopedics: percutaneous laser decompression of the disc (PLDD).
• Plastic Surgery: laser lipolysis and liposuction with laser support.
• ENT and Gynecology: surgical interventions, including endoscopic; contact work with fibers up to 0.4 mm in diameter.

The laser is designed for surgical departments and private clinics where procedures are performed in outpatient surgery settings.
