Horizontal steam medical sterilizer MBS — a series of large medical autoclaves Mixta for central sterilization departments in hospitals. They sterilize saturated steam under pressure everything that can withstand heat and moisture: packaged and unwrapped instruments, textiles, rubber products, liquids. The series includes chambers from 100 to 945 l (1–14 STU). Doors can be single or double. In the pass-through model, the dirty and clean zones are separated by the sterilizer itself: it is loaded from one side, and the sterile material is removed from the other.

Features

• 316L stainless steel chamber with a thickness of 6 mm, jacket and steam generator made of 304L steel.
• Programs at 121 °C for rubber, liquids, and heat-sensitive materials, at 134 °C for instruments in simple packaging and textiles. 8 factory programs and 10 user-configurable programs.
• Tests: vacuum test, chamber leak test, and Bowie-Dick (verification of air removal and steam penetration).
• Control PLC with a 7″ color touchscreen. Pressure is measured in the range of −1 to +5 bar, temperature from 0 to 150 °C.
• Doors move vertically on pneumatic systems. They cannot be opened while there is pressure in the chamber.
• HEPA- filter 0.01 μm (99.999 %), vacuum pump 2.2 kW, safety valve, stainless steel water level sensor.
• Built-in thermal printer with 40 columns, ports USB, RS232, RS485, and Ethernet.

Installation requires a 380 V network, water after reverse osmosis under pressure from 3 bar, and dry compressed air from 6 bar, so the room and utility connections for the sterilizer should be prepared in advance, before its delivery.
