Transport Neonatal Incubator Baby Shuttle

Transport Neonatal Incubator Baby Shuttle (GINEVRI) — a incubator for transporting premature and critically ill newborns by ambulance, helicopter, airplane, or between hospital departments. The incubator is mounted on a collapsible trolley designed to fit the dimensions of an ambulance cabin. The windows and panel are positioned for access while standing or sitting, even in a low cabin.

Features

• Servo-controlled air temperature 20–37 °C (up to 38 °C in override mode), step 0.1 °C. Module SKIN (optional) maintains the child's skin temperature within 25–37 °C.
• Air passes through a microfilter (less than 0.5 microns), is heated and humidified; laminar flow without turbulence.
• Sealed lead-acid batteries 36 Ah for 90 minutes of operation. Power supply 100–240 V or 12/24 V from the onboard network with automatic selection and recharging.
• Options: fan MOG 1000 (CPAP, IPPV/IMV, SIMV), active heating and humidification of gases, oxygen monitor, aspirator, double dome, T-resuscitator Baby Start.
• Gradual tilt of the bed up to +7°, two belts with quick release, double retractable mattress for head positioning during intubation.
• Alarms: high and low temperature, exceeding maximum, fan failure, power failure, battery discharge.
• Noise less than 50 dB, CO2 in the dome less than 0.5%.

There are three models: Normal Care, Special Care, and Intensive Care.. The body is made of aluminum, the dome of polycarbonate, dimensions 100 × 54 × 49 cm, weight from 50 kg depending on the model and configuration, load capacity up to 10 kg; the incubator is manufactured according to EN 60601-1 and EN 60601-2-20, approved by the Italian aviation register RAI for air transport.
