Fetal Monitor G6B-Plus

Fetal monitor G6B-Plus from General Meditech (Shenzhen, China) combines a cardiotocograph and a maternal monitor. It simultaneously records the fetal heart rate, uterine contraction activity, and fetal movements, as well as ECG, blood pressure, saturation, respiration, and maternal temperature. It has a battery. The built-in printer prints on 150 mm wide paper.

Features

• Fetal heart rate: ultrasound 1, 1.5 or 2 MHz, range 30–240 bpm, accuracy ±1 bpm, alarm limits with a tolerance of ±5%.
• CTG 0–100% in 1% increments, manual or automatic reset.
• ECG in leads I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF, V; maternal heart rate 10–300 bpm.
• Non-invasive blood pressure by oscillometric method: systolic 30–270, diastolic 10–200 mmHg; manual, automatic (interval up to 480 min) and continuous modes.
• SpO₂ 0–100%, pulse 30–250 bpm; respiration 0–156 per minute; 2 temperature channels 0–50 °C with an accuracy of ±0.2 °C.
• Options: twin (Twin FHR), automatic analysis by Fisher, fetal wake-up alarm, wireless network, wall mount, trolley, 12 V power supply.

The monitor is suitable for delivery rooms and pregnancy pathology departments, where the condition of the fetus is assessed alongside the condition of the mother and uterine contraction activity, and where one system is needed instead of several devices at the bedside.
