Cold Coagulator 6001

Cold Coagulator WISAP 6001 — a stationary device for thermal ablation of cervical lesions, including CIN 1–3. Despite its name, it is a thermocoagulator: tissue is treated with a probe heated to 60–120 °C.. Treatment is performed on an outpatient basis, and WISAP has been producing such devices for 50 years.

• According to WISAP, at 100 °C and 60 seconds, the depth of necrosis is approximately 3 mm.
• Probes of various shapes: for large areas of erythro- and leukoplakia, ectopies at the open cervix, small circular ectopies, wounds after conization.
• Probes made of stainless steel, Teflon tip, internal temperature sensor, autoclavable.
