Operating lamp Etkin Smyrna+ — surgical light Etkin with a 70 cm dome and 108 LEDs for even light over a large area and in deep cavities: depth of illumination L1+L2 (20 %) over 183 cm. The electronics feature three independent microcontrollers, and if one fails, another takes over.

• Colour temperature from 3500 K, five steps; Ra over 96, R9 over 97.
• Spot 15–32 cm, focus with a motorized handle.
• ALM maintains the set spot size at distances from 0.6 to 2.3 m.
• ASM with six sensors: when the surgeon's head or hands block part of the modules, others shine brighter.
• 80 W, endoscopic mode, laminar flow, IP54; handles autoclavable at 134 °C.
