ERBE ESM 2 — an aspiration module for the water jet surgery system that provides good visual control in the surgical intervention area. This is its key task: without fluid evacuation, the surgical field quickly becomes flooded, and the surgeon loses visibility. The operating mode and aspiration power settings are controlled on the main unit ERBEJET 2, so a separate control panel is not needed. The module starts working simultaneously with the activation of the dissectors, meaning aspiration is automatically turned on along with the jet supply. The system can be configured to continue operating after the dissection is completed.
