GE HealthCare

GE HealthCare is an American company based in Chicago, formerly the healthcare business of General Electric. Independent since January 2023. That month GE completed the spin-off and GE HealthCare shares started trading on Nasdaq. It makes imaging and ultrasound systems and patient care equipment, plus pharmaceutical agents for diagnostic imaging.

Finer has two GE HealthCare ultrasound systems. Versana Essential is a general-purpose cart system for private clinics and family doctors; it weighs under 45 kg and its monitor folds down for transport. Voluson Performance 18 is built for obstetrics and gynecology, with 3D, real-time 4D and AI tools, several of them for fetal exams. Other systems in the catalog are on the Ultrasound page.
